Established in 1995 Northminster Business Park is located to the northeastern side of York alongside the York ring road and accessed from the A59 Harrogate Road.

The park benefits from the provision of excellent transport links. Not only is it well served by road for car users but also benefits from the provision of Poppleton Station (within a 10 minute walk), direct connection to the York cycle network and the Poppleton Park & Ride facility is adjacent to the north.
