In November 2023 Northminster acquired 3 former grain stores to the south west of Northminster Business Park. Having secured planning permission for a change of use to E(g), B2 and B8 employment, industrial and storage & distribution uses, Northminster will comprehensively refurbish the buildings to provide high quality warehouse units that will be available for sale (250 year long leasehold interest) or to let. The premises will benefit from new glazed entranceways, new sectional overhead doors, new cladding detail and an eaves height of 5.8m – 6.2m (depending on which unit).
